6 WEEK GROUP TRAINING COURSE. SPECIFICALLY DESIGNED TO TEACH CLIENTS TO LIFT WEIGHTS SAFELY, TO EFFECTIVELY LOSE WEIGHT AND BUILD LEAN MUSCLE. THIS COURSE IS DELIVERED IN NOTTINGHAM AND IS LIMITED TO 8 PARTICIPANTS.

  • If you are looking for someone who is very well educated in her profession and passionate about constantly widening her knowledge then Rebecca is the trainer for you! I’ve been a client of hers for about a year now, I started by joining her body sculpt program. This was the boost I needed to get back into my fitness with a routine and some guidance. Although nervous about being completely unfit after just having a baby, Rebecca really made sure that all exercises catered for everyone, making them harder or easier depending on your level of fitness. I completed two body sculpt programs and would highly recommend to anyone. I then turned to PT sessions just after Christmas. These have been a game changer! Every session is different and I love it. We work on my strengths but she will also spot my flaws and introduce/adapt my exercises. This is why I trust Rebecca as a trainer, she watches you and constantly corrects form but also tells you why. On top of all that, I’ve continuously dropped weight and cm’s and I genuinely cannot wait to see where our fitness journey leads!!

  • I did body sculpt back in March, I'd just started back at the gym and needed something to give me a head start. The change I saw in 6 weeks definitely wouldn't have been achievable by just doing cardio (which I probably would have done on my own). Rebecca is a great trainer and made the sessions fun, incorporating HIT and different routines. Who knew weights could be so much fun?! A potential hazard though, you may become addicted to lifting!

  • Last summer the first body sculpting course started and I was going to be away for some for it so didn't join, but my partner did. He told me how tough it was and i began to doubt if I could do it. On a whim, I joined the 3rd round of body sculpting and was really surprised at how accessible it was. It hasn't been easy by any means, but having completed 3 weeks so far, I can already feel a huge difference, in my strength and confidence! Rebecca knows how to push you without pushing you too far. I would highly recommend training with her!
