6 WEEK GROUP TRAINING COURSE. SPECIFICALLY DESIGNED TO TEACH CLIENTS TO LIFT WEIGHTS SAFELY, TO EFFECTIVELY LOSE WEIGHT AND BUILD LEAN MUSCLE. THIS COURSE IS DELIVERED IN NOTTINGHAM AND IS LIMITED TO 8 PARTICIPANTS.

THIS INCLUDES:

– 2 x 1 HOUR SESSION PER WEEK

– THE APPROPRIATE WARM UP
– MOBILITY DRILLS
– ACCESSORY WORK REQUIRED TO SUPPORT THE MAIN LIFT.
