Fitness Coach and the founder of S.C.U.L.P.T Rebecca Ounstead and BANT registered Nutritionist Eva Humphries are teaming up to bring you a day of self-care, wellbeing and YOU time at Scene Studios.

Join us for this expert-led day of movement and nutrition aimed at improving your energy, enhancing your health, building confidence and generally just giving you a day to relax.
Our aim is that you wake up on Monday feeling refreshed and ready for your week.

It is about top-level, purposeful, self-care because all of us could do with a little more of it.

Move

Do you want to sleep better, boost energy, improve mental clarity and move well? Of course, you do! We all do.

Rebecca, the founder of S.C.U.L.P.T., is passionate about movement, mobility, strength and feeling good. She believes in being in charge of your own goals and your own body, focusing on what your body can do and not what it can’t.

Throughout the day Rebecca will guide you through a total of 2 hours of movement focusing on movement patterns to keep you mobile and strong, encouraging optimum posture and reducing the risk of aches and pains from our modern lives.

The sessions are designed to empower you through movement and will encompass a mixture of mobility, relaxation techniques and functional movement patterns.
All classes are adaptable for all abilities, whether you are new to fitness or exercise regularly.

Most of us know that we should be eating a little bit healthier but with so many confusing recommendations, where do you start?

Eva Humphries, DipION, mBANT, CNHC, is a BANT registered nutritionist with a realistic approach to healthy eating.
Having spent a large number of years working in the IT sector, Eva knows that dieting rarely promotes positivity and the majority of us are just too busy to follow rigid programmes. 
She believes that smart nutrition is about adding in nutrients or simply eating more of the good stuff, instead of avoiding every “bad” food group.

Eva will guide you through real evidence-based advice that can actually make a difference to how you look and feel. All without a faddy diet in sight.

Nourish

Your ticket includes a nutritious lunch based on sharing dishes.
The food is designed to put into practice the guidance received during the nutrition talk and will include both plant-based dishes and a few protein options.
You’ll also get to learn how to make some of the recipes during a cookery demonstration or masterclass.

  • Run by Rebecca alongside assistant coach Lance Cresswell, I found the back squat workshop hugely motivating and informative. The workshop groups never exceed 6 so you get great personalised feedback designed to address the specific areas that you need to work on. Rebecca and Lance explained the importance of mind to muscle connection and showed us how to modify each movement to get the best out of the exercise. I left the workshop with a useful summary sheet and some great advice on how to improve my back squat. The workshop is reasonably priced and you get a lot for your money. It's definitely worth doing if you want to better understand your body and maximise the impact of your workouts.
